Ticket options for West Coast Eagles home matches in 2018
For West Coast Eagles access members, there are a number of options available to enter Optus Stadium on match day.
The quickest way is to scan your 2018 membership card at any of the main gates at the stadium, however if you have forgotten or misplaced your card, then it's still easy for you to get into your seat.
The following options are available to all members:
Mobile Ticketing - Accessed via the West Coast Eagles app. Click on Game Day > My Tickets. Log in to your West Coast Eagles account (using the email on your account), select the upcoming game, and you will see a barcode that can be scanned for entry
Forward ticket - If you aren't able to make the match and need to forward your ticket to a friend or family member.
Print at Home - Print your ticket for an upcoming match and present it for scanning at the gate.
To access these options, please click the button below to access AccountManager.
Please note that members were also emailed a e-card with the notificaiton that their membership pack was dispatched. This e-card may be used in lieu of your physical card.

When will tickets to West Coast Eagles home games go on sale?

General public tickets to the first six  2018 West Coast Eagles home games will go on sale on Monday, March 12 at 9am.

All tickets are sold through Ticketmaster.

Seat Return tickets from reserved seat members who can't attend matches will be released for each game with priority In The Wings, Eagles Rising Stars, Eagles Nest and Rick's Rookies members. These members will be emailed information regarding Seat Return tickets ahead of their release.

Why is there no longer a pre-sale period for In The Wings members for general public tickets?

Due to the new stadium user agreement with the State Government, there is a requirement for the club to strictly observe the amount of tickets made available to the general public, which does not permit us to do a pre-sale period for our members.

I'm clicking on the Ticketmaster link that says Members, this is asking for a barcode?

This link is only for AFL Gold members with West Coast club support. West Coast Eagles non-access members will need to go through the general public link, and are not required to enter a barcode or password

When will tickets for the home matches after the bye go on sale?

These will be released later in the season, around May.

There are no tickets available for the home match I want to attend. Can I purchase a ticket through a third party (such as eBay, Viagogo or Ticketmaster Resale)?

As there is a high demand for our product, some individuals seek their own financial gain from our passionate supporters by purchasing tickets to our home games and then on-selling them at a premium through eBay, or other third party platforms. This sits very uncomfortably with us and we have an obligation to protect our wait list members and supporters wanting to attend our matches from paying highly inflated prices.

Please be aware that the club investigates all general public ticket sales to home games at Perth Stadium and will cancel tickets if they have been purchased by a known scalper. We ask that you avoid purchasing tickets to our home games via a third party as you risk being denied entry to the game.

Please refer to the club's terms and conditions for further information.

How can I buy tickets to West Coast Eagles away matches?

Ticketing arrangements for away matches differ according to the venue:

  • MCG matches are sold via Ticketek
  • Etihad matches are sold via Ticketmaster
  • For all other away matches, the club can assist travelling members via our small visiting club allocation. Please contact the club on (08) 9388 4566 and quote your membership number to obtain a booking form. If you aren't a club member, please purchase tickets via the relevant ticket agent for each venue.

I’m an interstate member, how do I use my membership to attend a game?

Victorian Gold, Victorian Platinum, and Interstate* membership cards provide members with general admission (GA) access for West Coast Eagles qualifying away games played in Melbourne, subject to capacity. Admission is obtained by swiping the membership card at the stadium turnstile.

The location of GA seating varies according to the stadium. For example, level three of Etihad Stadium is usually the general admission area for most matches. Details of where the general admission areas are located will be placed on the club’s website in the month leading up to each match.

For each away match, an area is reserved for West Coast Eagles members wishing to upgrade to a reserved seat. Reserved seats can be booked through Ticketek (MCG) and Ticketmaster (Etihad Stadium).

*Interstate members can scan in to up to two (2) matches in Melbourne as part of their membership entitlements.
